Spring is such a promising time of year, with the days getting lighter and warmer, everything bursting into life, and summer still ahead. There is so much new life to see in nature and it feels easier to be outdoors for longer periods (although it's still helpful to have a few ideas for play activities up your sleeve.) In this Spring themed inspiration pack, you will find instructions for a variety of nature inspired activities and invitations to play for your family to enjoy together.

This play and learning guide will support you in gathering materials and setting up invitations to play for your children. It includes a recommended reading list and recommended play and learning materials list, with clickable affiliate links. It includes a Spring song and poem, some simple activities to get you started and then full instructions for over 20 Spring themed activities. As with all of my play and learning guides, the activities included are simple, fun, low cost and low waste. At the end of the document you will also find a page of interesting, clickable internet links. This guide can be worked through at your own pace, but includes enough activities for you to complete one a day over four weeks.
 
The activities in this pack have been designed with young children in mind (2-8 years ish) but most of them can be adapted to include younger/older children. As with many of my 'invitations', some of these activities involve small parts, so please supervise young children closely.
